Error code 107:77dd1fbb:9925c588

Yesterday I downloaded 3 sims with tray file and customized them, and when I tried to play I got this error code. Game told me to restart but it didn't work. 

I thought it was a mode problem and removed all the mode files. It also didn't work. 

The game doesn't stop when playing other families, but cannot play with the one family I customized yesterday.

And after I tried to delete all the mode files and put them back, every sims were without cc items. How can I solve this problem???? Please help me 

Is it the save file problem??
