Help with the problem in sims 4.after creating a character and choosing a house for him, the game does not work anymore and gives the error. See the photo below.I can't even move to the lot, it immediately throws out into the cities.please help me, what can I do about it?
- @iD3fect Restore the game. Rename the The Sims 4 folder to The Sims 4_old, which is located in Documents\Electronic Arts.
If you are allowed into the household, move the Tray and Saves folder from the old The Sims 4_old folder to the new The Sims 4 folder.
If that doesn't help, return the old The Sims 4 folder to its previous name and delete the new folder. @iD3fect Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, do a "vanilla" test to see if a mod/CC is your problem: Move (not copy) the Mods folder to the desktop (or rename it), delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
