@carolineflorist Did you try without any mods at all ? Outdated custom jobs or traits can cause issues.
Try the following steps
1. Backup your user folder (create a copy)
2. Move the mods folder to the desktop
3. Delete the localthumbcache file in documents
4. Load your save game
5. Try load the lot.
6. If you receive an error, try to load it again to see if it works now.
If it works that way, it's likely an outdated trait or career.

It partly helped... Only thing I could do was delite evry single mod and start all over again...
