Error Code 125 usually has something to do with a Mod or CC being out of date.
Move your mods folder to your desktop and delete your thumbcache (instructions: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/delete-cache-files/ ). Then test the game and see if it will work. If so, update your mods and cc and add them back one by one, testing as you go to figure out which the culprit is.
