error code 142:6329969c:cd963aac

My game is failing to load and restarting after i get this error code... I've taken out all my mods to ensure they are updated since the new game/patch.

I just bought the High School Years expansion pack got some cc for it an hour ago and now I'm getting this error code

    @billiesvirgo Remove all your mods and CC, delete the file "localthumbcache.package" and try again.
    Maybe a broken mod / CC.
