Error code: 401:6dd92be8e:e5b4abad

Just wondering if anyone knows what this error code is? haven’t been able to save my game at all, have tried the 50/50 method, folder refresh and better exceptions isn’t showing any broken mods. than...

    @emhara12 And just to confirm, could you do this sequence please?

    1. Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop or rename it (yes, again).
    2. Run a Game Repair
    3. Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options.
    4. Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.
    5. If that works, exit and copy files out of your old Saves folder into the new Saves folder. Important: Don't just copy the old folder! You want to use the newly created folders.
    6. Launch Sims 4 and use Load to select an older save to test.

    Also, if you use only updated and cleared mods (see Broken/Updated Mods & CC ), does it recur?

@luthienrising hi! yes it says it saves but when I close the game and go back in it appears to not have saved. For example if I build something it’s back to how it originally was
