Error creating Sims CC

I'm making a Sims hair CC with a blender. When I'm done and bring it to Sims Studio, it breaks into a triangle. I've searched a lot for solutions and the solution I've seen in every post was to add modifier to triangulate.
Still, it doesn't work out.
Please help me
