Error when Trying to Save lot to library

Haven’t heard from anyone…

I posted about this almost a week ago and never got a response. I also have an update to the info so I’m reposting. This appears to only be happening with this specific lot. I had created a rental place in Another world, and that saved to the library fine. I’ve been trying to save this one for ages and it won’t. I’m attaching a photo of the error I get when trying to save a lot to my library. It takes several minutes and then I get this error. It’s not a space issue, I have plenty of space: and I deleted a bunch of stuff from my library and it still wouldn’t work for this lot

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 

If you try to save a lot through build mode, with the folder at the top to save lot.

What happens when the bug occurs? 

Once you go to save, it take a couple of minutes and then i get an error. (Attached photo. Also, when I try to share the lot to the Gallery I get an error there too saying it couldn’t be saved to the library. Before that it would say something about a server being down or something? But now it’s just saying it can’t save it to the library both ways

What do you expect to see? 

My lot should be saving to the gallery and it won’t. It’s the only lot so far that I haven’t been able to save. I saved it before but have updated it quite a bit. I deleted the original from my library and gallery and still it won’t save the lot.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?

so I guess the property is pretty full. I have a lot of stuff on the lot but didn’t think that would make a difference because people have mansions and stuff. I deleted stuff from my library and it still won’t work. Other lots save fine, it’s just this one: someone mentioned you can’t have a / in the title of the lot so I updated it under build and in “manage households” and it still won’t save. I notice when I go to my library, I see the households I created but then a bunch of random households and stuff is under that tab too. It’s under “my library” even though I didn’t save those things. Either way, I tried deleting a bunch of those and I get the same thing.

if by loading it to gallery you mean sharing it to the gallery (the button right across from save library) then yeah, I did. I always get the same error (see attached photo) 

As for paintings and stuff, the only decor I have up would be from the build menu, and photos of my sims taken with the camera you can buy in build. I generally don’t download stuff from the gallery. Now I can’t remember if any of the rooms were from the gallery or not. I have a feeling I’m gonna be stuck building from the ground up again. It’s frustrating because I spent alot of time on this place ☹️ 

Yeah it has to be something corrupted, which sucks because there’s no way to narrow down what that is. I guess I’m just gonna have to rebuild the home 😭 I’ll try taking down all the photos first and see if that works.

Yeah, I did that a few times and that didn’t work either. I’m on PS4 and I didn’t buy it from the PlayStation store, it’s the actual Sims 4 disc. But I tried deleting the game from the ps4 and then reinserted the disk and installed all the ad one and stuff. That didn’t work either. Someone said that because I had a / in the title of the lot that it would cause that, but I updated it everywhere and still nothing so it has to be something corrupted. Thank you for your help, I’ll try what you’ve suggested and if that doesn’t work I’ll just have to rebuild 

@_awkwardlezbean  I know nothing about console troubleshooting, but I was wondering whether you could save the individual rooms of your build.  Maybe you'll find the corrupt item that way, but even if not, you might only lose one room and be able to reassemble the others on a new lot.
