Your tags include both MODS and NO CC OR MODS, so which is it? Are you using mods or not?

I think the chances are pretty high that one or more of your mods is responsible for the problems you're having, but I don't use mods at all, so I have no idea which mods it might be. Hopefully someone who does use mods can give you a bit more help.
