Event tasks out of view

Hello, maybe someone could help me. So I’m playing the sims 4 on console and whenever the welcome wagon or date events are initiated by townies, I cannot see the tasks to check them off. All I see is the name of the event. When my sim creates the event, I can see the task but I cannot see the complete pop up. First picture is an event created by a townie and second picture is an event created by me.
