Every Single Sims In My Sims4 Game Disappeared!
every single sims in my game disappeared RANDOMLY after i brought cottage living. do anyone know how to get them back or am i just *?

Hello,
I just downloaded Growing Together and I cannot continue my former game or start a new one.
When entering the world in my former game or start after CAS, there are no Sims in the world - mine and townies. There are no Sims anywhere listed.
I can have a newly created Sim move into a house, but when getting into playing, bottom left is empty and there are no Sims.
I reinstalled the whole game, no mods, I repaired many times, I logged in and out anywhere. Nothing!
Pretty sad, I just spend 40 EUR on GT and bought two more accessory packs...
