Every Single Sims In My Sims4 Game Disappeared!
every single sims in my game disappeared RANDOMLY after i brought cottage living. do anyone know how to get them back or am i just *?

I recently did the infant update and downloaded the new pack Growing Together. When I actually logged on to play, all my households are gone even un-played NPC households are gone. I didn't do anything different than what I normally do when an update occurs and I've worked hard on my game. PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT.
Ever since the new update my game has just been disfuctional. Whenever i load into the main menu the sim in the resume button is blank and when i click on it or any save file, not just my sims but every other Sim household is gone. I thought it was a mod problem, but it's happening even after i took all my mods out.
@Ajuicee7 With your mods still removed, try recovering a backup save:

This is happening with every household in my sims 4 even base game households once everything loads up there are no sims and it’s just blank the house being how they left it
Did you ever get it figured out? I’m having the same issue now 😩
@DontNeedAimBots Are you sure this is the same save? Also, have you tested with no Mods or CC?

First time playing since the update, I created a new save file, added a household, closed my game, and updated mods. I've opened my game and next to my resume button is just a greyed-out silhouette figure, and while my saves seem to be there, when I open my new one there aren't any households in the world. I tried repairing the game but nothing happened. Any ideas on what happened??
Hey, I've also had this problem. Every time I go into the game I also have the greyed silhouette figure instead of my sim, my lots are also missing whenever I log into the game. The biggest thing for me that's different is that none of my sims show up, not even townies. There's more in-depth info on my profile if you have the same issue or not.
None of my sims (even townies) will show up in gameplay, I have had this problem for maybe 2 weeks, it was after the infant update. I can go into CAS and design my sims but whenever I go into the actual game my sim won't show up, none of the townies are there, and not even the options at the bottom right corner will show up (work, aspirations, etc). I had a cc mod and I removed it from my game because it kept saying there was an error but that didn't help and now I don't know what to do. From the picture, if you look at the bottom my sim doesn't show up and neither do the choices at the bottom right.
