Every time save it deletes my sims relationships

Platform:Steam-PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? uhm- idk the latest version i guess
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, Seasons, City Living, Cats and dogs, Dine Out, Parenthood, Outdoor Retreat, Nifty Knitting, Tiny Living, Paranormal
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I honestly have no idea as I've deleted my save file and mods so I don't know what the issue is.
What happens when the bug occurs? I save and exit my game and then the next time I open it either my sims relationships are gone or one of my household members disappear, but it also happens when I go into CAS. For example my sim had a baby with an alien, so they had a hybrid. I went into CAS when the child aged up and noticed they had human skin, was apparently a baby again, and the alien was gone. So I exited CAS and the toddler was a baby again and the alien was erased from my sims relationships. Also, [same sim earlier gameplay] the sims had a relationship with a different alien and I added the alien to the family I then saved and exited my game and when I reopened it he was completely gone. This doesn't only happen with aliens though I was playing in a previous save [after this happened I deleted TS4 and redownloaded it for more clarification] and I had a family gameplay consisting of 3 sims. I took the teen and child to find friends and I played for 10 to 15 minute after I finished that. Then I saved and exited my game and when I reopened they lost all the friends and only knew the household sims. Please help this really takes away from gameplay.
What do you expect to see? Them to keep their friends and other relationships.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    Hi @jusssjasss 

    Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

    You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

    After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

    Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

    • Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
    • Tray Folder
    • Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
    • Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
    • Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
    • ConfigOverride, if you have your own configuration files.
    • Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

    The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

    Yeah everytime it’s been happening to me too i dont know how to fix it, I’ve gone through all my mods and cc’s cleaned everything and it still deletes people after I save and exit ☹️ 

    does anyone know how to fix it?
