Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know.
What happens when the bug occurs? When my Sim goes to a community lot, all the Sims on the lot are wearing sacks on their heads. This started about a week ago. I have not added anything to my game. It's really unplayable.
What do you expect to see? No sacks on everyone's heads at community lots.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
