Extinguish Fire Stuck in Wants and Fears Panel

I had a fire on my lot recently (its been about 3 Sim days since the fire) and 2 of my adult Sims still have the "Extinguish Fire" want in the wants and fears panel. I think it might be causing an issue with one of them - she keeps getting angry and refusing to do things because her wants aren't being filled, even though I'm filling the other ones. I've tried resetSim and it isn't clearing. I don't have any mods or cc's on my game so it isn't a bug caused by that. 

Can anyone help me clear it?

    @moonxdaughter Hm. I don't think there's a bug report for fear of fire not going away.

    Could you try the following cheat (on a backup of your save)

    traits.remove_trait trait_Fear_Fire

    @crinrict No, I continued playing and it's now been a week since that happened, and she caught fire and extinguished herself, but it is still there. I even tried the resetSim cheat on her name it is still stuck ☹️ 

    I'm still kind of reorienting to the game after taking a break from it for about 2 or 3 years, so I think its a fear? Its in one of the thought bubbles around her head - to the right of her face.

    @moonxdaughter Yeah, that sounds like it's a fear. You need to conquer it but I think extinguishing how should help.

    What does it say if you hove over the thought bubble ?

    It says: 

    "Extinguish Fire

    (From Fear of Fire)

    100 points

    Fire left unchecked will engulf everything in its path! Candice has seen it happen once before. Will she let it happen again? Or will she extinguish it in time?! 

    Click on any Fire and select Extinguish" 

    And she has actually caught fire twice since getting the fear and was able to extinguish herself and it still didn't clear. I have also now tried the "testingcheats on" > shift click the character > debug option and it still is stuck there.
