extras not showing
i bought the deco pack but nothing is showing in the game ??
how can i fix this please

What "deco" pack are you talking about? Hint! There are no Sims 4 packs called deco pack. There are however many many packs that contain decorative items.
@vickyf1992 Do you mean Dream Home Decorator? Please list your game version. Load the game to the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one, and look along the bottom of the screen or in the lower right corner. Please list full number, i.e. 1.xx.xx.xxxx.
