Fabulously filthy help
My sim has one aspiration left to finish and it’s the Fabulously Filthy one. For the life of me l can’t get the house to get dirty. There isn’t any sign of dust bunnies and the house is constantly clean and sparkly. I have changed the lot type to filthy and started leaving dirty plates etc lying around but the house never becomes dirty!
Can this aspiration actually be completed even though I’ve completed the perfectly pristine aspiration? My sim has the fast & fastidious reward trait and one of his traits is that he’s neat. I tried changing him to slob but it didn’t make any difference? Also, he won’t vacuum even though he has a vacuum in his inventory. Any ideas? Is it a bug or is something conflicting with something else? Any help would be fab 😊
Yes, you can complete that aspiration after completing the other BTD aspiration. Once you've got the house clean where the floors sparkle, it will take a while, several days, before it will start to show dust again. It can take 4 or 5 days. You just have to wait and let it happen. You only have to let one floor get dirty again to do the aspiration milestones so just shut off the robot vacuum, if you use those, on one floor and wait. You'll see the dust bunnies and dust piles come back sooner or later. Then wait some more until you see the dust piles turn into filth piles and the dust bunnies to turn into filth fiends. At that point, you should be able to complete the aspiration milestones. You don't have to change any traits for the lot or the sims for it to happen. Once you've completed the milestones for the spoiled food and dirty counters or bathroom objects, you can clean them up as they have no effect on the rest of the milestones either.
