Facial lines issue in CAS

Hi! I know similar problems may have been reported in the past, but I'm not sure mine is the same as the others.

I've noticed that when certain combinations of hairstyles and eyes are used, lines appear on the faces of my Sims. For example, with this combination:

Which together, lead to this-

I think it's part of the facial resizing tool, but it shows up by itself. 

If anyone has had this exact problem before, is there a fix for it?

I've tried the solutions for other facial line problems, and nothing seems to help.

Of course, people might say "Well, just don't use that combination then!"

But where's the fun in that? XD
