Fast forward not working

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Using the fast forward button on the in game clock
What happens when the bug occurs? When I go to fast forward using the in game clock button, it doesn't make the time go any faster and then automatically goes back to the play button.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the time speed up

Please describe the patch or change you made. Deleted all mods. still happens.
