female sim wearing male und

Like the title says, my female sim is wearing male underwear bottoms but no undergarment for her top (I use a certain mod ). I removed and/or deactivated all underwear CC and default replacements but now she is wearing base game male underwear bottoms, I think. I also have deleted the local thumb cache already but that didn't change anything.
