@EnochIsSalty Syncing programs (such as OneDrive) and Sims 4 don't get along well together. I highly recommend decoupling Sims 4 from syncing and doing any backup manually instead. There's a thread on how here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/CURRENT-ISSUE-Sims-4-saves-user-content-disappearing-PC/td-p/12475370
- 2 years ago@luthienrising I'm not sure if my computer is using OneDrive for it though? I'm not great at computer stuff so I'm not sure lol. All I know is I have my files in my file explorer app. I also don't see a tab at the top that says OneDrive, which is something I do see in the screenshots of the thread you linked. How do I know if my computer is syncing things through OneDrive?

(You would have to manually disable it syncing in your settings.) Do you see OneDrive listed anywhere in File Explorer? You can also check for it by looking at all applications and programs in your computer's device manager (settings app).

When you look at the file Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, what is the folder that Documents is in?

It's in the Sims 4 folder.
