Filling needs of guests (single need only)

I'm looking for a cheat or mod that allows me to quickly maximize the needs of visitors to lots and venues, namely the hygiene and the bladder need. I know I can use testingcheats and then "make happy". But I'd prefer a method that raises only that one particular need, not all of them at once.

Anything along those lines out there?

Alternately I'd also take a mod or cheat that allows me to assume control over a townie for a couple of minutes without adding them to the household.
