fix everything because my sims's don't listen to me!!!!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? when I click on my sims to do something and they say they can walk or they exit it, I'm trying
What happens when the bug occurs? they don't do anything that I click on
What do you expect to see? I can't do that because every time the I click on my sims to go to the bathroom they say they can't walk?
