This was fixed in today's patch

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? have a child make a video and upload it at the video station wait for royalties try to save after receiving royalties
What happens when the bug occurs? error window pops up error code: 510:a19a5568:f7fe8968 game will not save
What do you expect to see? The error window pops up, I cant save it i can try via manage worlds but it always returns me to the most recent uncorrupted save file (at 9:48 am in my case)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
that is a known issue with the lifestyle brand.
Try closing the brand and it should work.
