Flashcards for toddlers not working

I'm having a major issue with toddlers, I can't use the flashcards it doesn't come up as an option and my toddler won't interact with the "wabbit tablet" I've deleted all mods and it's still an issue. Can't potty train my toddler the only things I can do is put her to sleep and feed her. My game is completely updated. I have repaired the game twice and still an issue, And yes it's definitely a toddler and not a infant or child. How do I fix this?

    So basically, I did not know about the new infant phase which is now between baby and toddler. So my "toddlers" turned out to be, in fact, infants. 😢 So very happy that I figured this out, it really sounds to me like the topic starter has the same issue.

    So for anyone reading this topic, making the same mistake:

    There is a new infant phase between baby and toddler.

    @amie230 Are you playing with any mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, please start at Broken/Updated Mods (pinned in this forum). If you still have issues after removing and replacing mods (don't forget to delete localthumbcache), see what happens after you drag that folder to your desktop and delete localthumbcache. (Don't save, though! Or test in a new game.)

    I removed the mods as I said in my earlier post, I have tried everything like I said, repaired the game nothing worked it seems to be an issue with the base game.

    @wooolffie It's definitely not a universal game bug - I was using these just the other day. If you use mods or CC, please test without:

    1. Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop.
    2. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.
    3. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up.
    4. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem. Test in your regular household, but also a household in a base game house in a new save.
