Food Stalls
Are food stalls only supposed to be open if the festival is happening?
I live a lot where stalls are in the neighborhood but they are never open. only open to sell produce

- @Lashean17 Do they disappear and re-appear or do you always have the same ones ? In all hoods that have festivals or just San Myshuno ?
