For Rent broken

I have a 4 unit rental property. My sim lives in property. She is not receiving full rent payments. Every unit is 4 stars, but when asking the renters their opinion they’re unhappy. The maintenance score is still “poor” and she does checks daily on every appliance. She’s even upgraded multiple appliances and then one unit broke their lease! I don’t understand what more she could do to make them happy…

    And now she has been sued twice for “unlawful eviction” when she only “justly evicted” one tenant when they broke a rule for the third time. What the h is going on??

    @megangad Just to confirm, are you playing with mods/CC? And if so, have you tested without them? (Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.)
