For rent can’t host social events on rental properties

for the maintenance i see you need to host social events at the rental. My “plan a social event” will only let me select my house not my rental property to host the event at? How should i be hosting the event if the landlord lives else where?

@Sandydog0701 To my knowledge, maintenance events and other rental unit events trigger on their own. You need to wait till you get one.

Where did you read that you need to host a social event for them to happen ?
