Freelance Crafter- Candle Gigs: Sending items doesn't tick off

My sim is in the freelance crafter career and whenever they choose a candle making gig and i send the candle, it disappears from the sims inventory, but the "Send finished work to the client step doesn't complete. Doing gigs to make furniture works properly.
