Frustrated and want to give up

I've I've tried to complain many different places and I don't know how to see what I've posted before but I am furious with EA completely. Everything to do with it the games, the websites, everything! The Sims is so God dang glitchy that I can't really play it anymore there's so much wrong with create a Sim I don't even know where to start. And when I use my camera in my basement it just goes completely all over the place and I can't see anything and the sound is completely muffled. When I was trying to add a cat Sim to my already existing family it kicked out my sim even though I have less than four people in my household and when I tried to add them back into my household their skills relationships and everything else to do with them was completely erased except for the personality..

    Please make individual postings for each of your problems to make it possible to troubleshoot them. In the meantime try this:

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
