Im at the end of my rope. Out of now where I got this glitch or whatever in my sims 4 game and now its in all of my save. Basically it adds this weird overlay on my sims skin making it so they basically all have this warm toned white skin. It doesn't matter what they looked like before they have all bascially been white washed. I have tried everything I know and Im fairly confident it is not a mob. I have done the 50/50 method, repaired the game, played around with the files in my sims folder replaced the sims folder. I dont know what to do anymore.

@RoryRiviter Have you done a clean folder test?
Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options (you won't be putting your old options file back).
Start with New to test if your issue recurs.
If that works:
Exit and copy files out of your old Saves folder into the new Saves folder. Important: Don't just copy the old folder! You want to use the newly created folder.
Launch Sims 4 and test your previous save.
