Gallery issue "could not locate this item"

So i will state beforehand, i do play with mods. I play with probably way too MANY mods, but that's not really the point (yet!!). Whenever i try to click on my library saves to a certain point (10 sims at most, counted!) it just "could not locate this item" when it is very much right there.

I have not messed at all with my save files, i don't like touching that stuff because i don't know what I'm doing. But the more i scroll down, it starts becoming X'ed out icons, or missing image llama placeholder, even to households i just downloaded, no mods, JUST base game.

EDIT TO ADD: this applies to all of my library. It has deleted or hidden most of my older makings as well an I'm unable to find even my oldest households/builds

I have tried to disable my mods, but this did not fix it. I will attempt taking the entire folder out to see what that does, and I have repaired my game with no fix to it either. 

I suspected it might've been UI cheats, or MCC, since those have broken my gallery before, but they were both up to date with the version. I then suspected maybe sims did what it's done to my mod folder before in a pack trial and deleted some of my mod folders/mods to make the pack function. But all mods are in place (my fault for not removing them before the update, whoops!!!)

If there's any advice at all to get my households back, please tell me!! I appreciate any advice given!! Thank you!!
