Gallery not showing my uploaded Sims in My Library

When I click on the Gallery then on My Library the sims I have previously uploaded to the Gallery show they haven't been uploaded, but if I search my ID in the Gallery they show up.

Now I've already spoke to two different people on the contact us site and  I've followed every instructions they've given, I've recovered saved files, I've gone back to previous save file, I've deleted all cache, I've tried re-downloading my sims, I've tried repairing my game and I've uninstalled and re-installed everything and still the issue persists. They suggested to report it here, I can't really do anything else myself, so please can you look into it thank you.
