@estherigbinosa Outdated versions of 15 Clubs Per Sim and Color Sliders have been known to cause this. Both have updates available.
Otherwise, make sure that you don't have antivirus/firewall issues with your user folder: https://answers.ea.com/t5/PC/CURRENT-ISSUE-Anti-Virus-blocking-User-Folder-Screenshots/td-p/9572695
Another thing to try is redownloading fresh copies of the problem CC, plus deleting Resource.cfg so the game recreates it.
