Game auto put on the enable free build cheat and I don't want it.

I was moving my sim's household and only had testing cheats on to reset her if she or someone got stuck or was in an animation that I didn't want her to do. I never touched the bb. enablefreebuild cheat, so it shouldn't have been on. I was just wanting to build her a house and it is stuck on freebuild mode. I have exited and reopened. I have tried to repair my game, but nothing is working. I just would like some help, please. I never turned it on, and I wanted to build a house so of course I made a shell...but I want to spend my simoleans, please!
