Game closing with no warning or error

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.82.99.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except Vampires & Star Wars.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure. Just play the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game just shuts down with no error message.
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to not shut down when I play unless I'm manually closing it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The game only closes when I'm in Live mode. I have CC & mods installed but the problem persists even with mods disabled. Also, I updated the graphics card driver last night & when playing today, it still closed with no warning or error message, so I don't think that's the issue.

    I do have this issue, too, never happened before, now, that's the second time, for no reason while in CAS, it does kind of a small lag and then close instant. No error message, nothing. It happened today for the first time and once more tonight. I have played multiples of time last week, so not sure what could be causing that. I have all Packs and Kits except the Modern men fashion kit. Two times in CAS.

    @naeshelle Moving this to game issues for troubleshooting

    Do you have any lastCrash files ?

    Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

    - Press Windows-Key + R
    - Type: DxDiag
    - Click on Save all Information.
    - Attach the Text File to your post

    @naeshelle That one is from a modded game. Could you remove all mods, delete the localthumbcache file, then delete all the crash files you have and trigger the error to see if a new one is created ?
