Re: CURRENT ISSUE: many .package mods + cc not loading

I just updated my game today and when i went back to play it after re-enabling mods, I was greeted with this:

I have no idea what happened, but none of the options work and I can only close the game through Task Manager. I don't know if this is a mods issue or if it's from my packs (gotten through Leuan's Toolkit) if anyone knows what went wrong please let me know asap!!
