Game crashes on opening

My game continues to keep crashing when I open it. I play with mods and cc but they are all updated. I also did the 50/50 technique with the mods and cc to weed out the broken ones and it continued to crash even after. I tried deleting the localthumb cache file, repairing my game. The game opens if I remove the mods folder fully, but then when I do the 50/50 thing with the mods, nothing seems to be broken with them.
