Game crashes when placing doors

Hello I apologize if this doesn't go here but since the update I can't place doors on existing games without crashing. Had it crash once on placing ceiling lights but only one time. I have all mods out of the game so they are not the issue. I've tested this out on several saves. It didn't happen on a new game. So, I don't know. Just figured I should throw this out there.
