game crashing in cas

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? going into cas, start making it, crashes randomly
What happens when the bug occurs? when i make a sim, it either loads forever randomly out of nowhere and then i have to force quit it.
What do you expect to see? my game not crashing

  when i make a sim, it either loads forever randomly out of nowhere and then i have to force quit it. i have uninstalled the sims 4 and repaired it many times. i also deleted localthumbcache.package aswell
