game displaying almost completely blank options menu?

When I try to open game options, no matter what stage I'm in (main menu, manage worlds, live mode, build mode, etc) it displays a blank screen with only three categories and no content. I've repaired the game through origin, removed mods known to be broken after the most recent patch, updated UI cheats and MCCC... nothing. I removed my mods folder from the game and the issue went away, but the sims 4 tray importer (which is generally reliable for detecting mod conflicts in my experience) didn't come up with anything... what do I do?

    @gonevalley9 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

    @gonevalley9 If you have any sliders, ive noticed that in my game the obscurus sliders was what it was breaking it for me, if you have those see if that helps maybe?
