game freezes on travel screen

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.83.24.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except menswear, bust the dust is permanently disabled
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? click into a household. Click the phone to travel to another lot
What happens when the bug occurs? When your sim uses the phone and tries to travel to another lot, the blue load screen never loads the lot - it just continues and freezes the game completely so I have to go to task manager to end the program.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to travel from lot to lot with my sims the way I always have.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This LITERALLY just started happening tonight. Nothing is new. I haven't downloaded anything new or put anything new in my mods folder. I have taken out MCCC, TOOL AND BBB to see if any of those effected it but they did not. I don't know where to go from here. I noticed the music looped in one instance over and over again the same phrase, but it's not doing that now yet the lot won't load. I tried turning the music completely off, but to no avail. I've been here for close to 10 minutes and the lot won't load. It's just a beach. Not sure what to do here.

It's DEFINITELY something to do with THAT PARTICULAR SAVE because I opened a NEW save and it works fine. 

Could I have overloaded it? I tend to play with families, then put them back into other households, so I had 337 other households in that save, I had only 3 households in my households. Could that be the problem?
