Game freezing when trying to apply doors in build mode

The Game continues to freeze whenever I try to apply doors in build mode. It is not my mods or graphics as this bug persist on the base game alone and my graphics are updated 🙂

Hi, I solved it by reinstalling the game itself. Thanks for your help ^^

Hi Crin, so i did this and the game froze during my town selection.

Here are the things ive tried:

-Updating my graphics card

-deleting all my mods

-removing the entire sims folder out of my electronic arts folder

-getting more storage space

So I believe it is a bug as opposed to a troubleshoot issue because outside of that the game runs fine

And it happend in both a new and existing saves ?

@Mazi511 Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
