Game has been unplayable for 3 days

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.335.1020 DX9
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Currently own all expansion, game and stuff packs. Only kits owned are Simtimates, Little Campers, Blooming Rooms, Bust the Dust & Throwback Fits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have several bugs. First when I try to open the Simology panel. Also when I try to open CAS. When I try to go to the main menu. When I try to open the gallery.
What happens when the bug occurs? None of my panels show up properly. Game gets stuck on the loading screen or turns black.
What do you expect to see? It has been like this for a couple days since the Lovestruck release & has not improved. This is the longest I have experienced not being able to play my game. I expect for everything to be loading and displayed properly like how it used to be. I even have Mods installed and never had this issue.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Game stopped worked after the latest patched was installed before the Lovestruck game release.

I attached two screenshots of my panels and loading screens. I have not been able to make any progress to my game since the last patch update. All month was looking forward to the Lovestruck release just to not be able to play it..... very disappointing ☹️ Have hopes it gets addressed real soon.
