Game is not working after going into CAS/Build mode

Hi i have been having this problem for a couple of days now. After going into CAS/build mode/manage worlds and coming back to my household my game is still playing but i cant do anything, the UI is not showing and the only thing thats makes it work again is closing and opening the game again. I tried disabling mods and reinstalling and its still not working properly :/
