Game issues yes I use mods

Hi I’ve been having an issue with my game since yesterday there’s a lot I downloaded it was working fine and all but yesterday it started tweaking and showing me those purple and green  questions marks nd my map would show a flying Illama I figured I should update my mods which I did by deleting all and reinstalling it without missing one I came back to my game and it’s still the same thing I deleted the cc for the lot leaving only the tray file and i redecorated it with base game items and it’s still the same thing I’ve cleared cache and repaired my game so many times and it’s not working all this was after the urban kit patch update 

im really frustrated and don’t know what to do I even moved my mods to my desktop and it still showed the same thing

    @Kendy101 Try this sequence please:

    1. Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
    2. Do a Game Repair
    3. Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options. Start with New to test if your issue recurs.

    @Kendy101 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

    Yeah I tried and still the same thing I cleared my mods again nd had to redownload it still didn’t work

    Yes I’ve tried everything possible I still get the question mark things

    @Kendy101 Try this sequence please:
