Game keeps crashing and loads of bugs

I have a few bugs I’d like to report. The first one comes with my needs bar. For all of my sims, the needs bar will glitch out and remain yellow even though my sims needs are either full or very low. This bug has caused some of my sims to die. Another bug I have is the relationships my sims have. My family was friends with a whole bunch of sims. When I launched the game, these relationships were suddenly altered- my sims relationships were either lower than I remember and/or they suddenly did not know each other when they previously did. The third bug I’d like to report is making my sims do actions and when they do actions on their own. When I do it, they refuse to listen to me or they suddenly glitch out and cancel the action they were doing. When they do it on their own, they glitch out and cancel the action. These bugs are also making my game crash and my game has never crashed before in the 8 years that I’ve had it. My game is updated to the latest patch. I also use custom content and all of my custom content is up to date.
