Game loading in progress? Help?

I have CC and recently decided to get rid of all of it. Something happened when I went to redownload some stuff and now I can’t go into build mode. I tried reinstalling the game, deleting mods and all but it’s just not working. Any tips or advice? ps: it says when I try to go into build mode that the game loading is still in progress.

@Remi_bear Try this as a first step in narrowing the issue:

Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document &gt; Electronic Arts to your desktop.
Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options.
Start with New to test if your issue recurs
If that works, exit and copy files out of your old Saves folder into the new Saves folder. Important: Don't just copy the old folder! You want to use the newly created folders.
Launch Sims 4 and use Load to select an older save to test.
