game loads but the words are not there

My sims 4 game loads perfectly fine but once it gets to the main menu all the words are not there, its just boxes. I even tried to play and the sims and world looks fine but the words and symbols aren't there. Ive restarted my computer, reinstalled origin. I don't know what else to do. I do not have any mods its just base game. Please help
