Rename the Sims 4 folder, launch the game so a new one is created then quit.
Move one of your Mods into the newly created Sims 4 > Mods folder, do not move over any other data from your original Sims 4 folder, then load the game. What happens?

Was a new Sims 4 folder created in the Electronic Arts folder when you tried to launch the game after moving the old one?- @tr1llestaries
Thanks. So you moved one Mod into the newly created Mods folder then launched the game and it crashed again? What was the Mod?
Which exact model Mac do you have? And which macOS version?
